Terms and conditions for using our services

By accessing and using MornBento Organics services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
MornBento Organics provides organic breakfast and bento box subscription services, including meal planning, preparation, and delivery. Our services include one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, and corporate catering solutions.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our subscription services automatically renew based on your selected plan. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
All prices are listed in Japanese Yen and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order or according to your subscription schedule. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
We provide delivery services within our designated service areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. You must be available to receive deliveries or provide secure delivery instructions.
While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen processes various allergens. We provide detailed ingredient information, but you are responsible for reviewing this information and making informed decisions based on your dietary needs.
You may cancel orders up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Our reusable containers require a refundable deposit. Containers must be returned clean and undamaged to receive your full deposit refund. Lost or damaged containers will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MornBento Organics and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with other users' use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
